The organizer behind the tools

Hi, I’m Holls.

I’m the one who color-codes the calendar, keeps a list for everything, and truly believes the right system can fix almost anything. Accountant by trade, organizer at heart!

Holls, the organizer behind Juney and Byrd

Long before this was a business, it was just how I lived. I took my own money, my own mess, and my own never-ending mental to-do list and turned them into simple systems that actually held up. Once I felt how good that was, I was hooked! Hand me a blank spreadsheet and a problem to solve and I’m the happiest woman alive.

So I started building the tools I wished already existed. Simple ones. A little bit fun. The kind that take something overwhelming and quietly make it doable. That is the whole idea behind everything I make!

So what is Juney & Byrd?

It’s my shop of spreadsheets and apps for the stuff that keeps slipping. Money, habits, plans, the mental load of running a whole life (and sometimes a side hustle or a small business on top of it). I take the overwhelming thing and make it easy. It’s kind of my thing!

No committee, no team, just me, and some very big plans!

The honest version

I’m up with the birds each day, with my morning coffee, building this thing one tool at a time. My kids are basically grown and the house is quieter than it used to be, which means this chapter is fully mine, and I know exactly what I want to do with it!

Life looks different than it used to, and I genuinely love where it’s headed. I’m building something that matters, on my own terms, and I am all in!

When I’m not building tools, I’m reading or out searching for my next adventure. I’m a homebody who runs on systems and lists, and turning chaos into calm is honestly my favorite thing to do.

What I promise you

Everything I make has one job: to make your life a little easier. No jargon. No confusing set up. No tool that needs its own tutorial series just to get going. If it doesn’t take something hard and make it simple, it doesn’t make it into the shop. Simple as that!
