Refund Policy

Simple and fair, the way billing should be.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel Hutch Plus whenever you like. When you cancel, your access simply runs through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Nothing to wrestle with, no retention maze.
14-day full refund
If you would like a refund of any charge, just ask within 14 days of that charge and I will refund it in full. Email me at hello@juneybyrd.com from the address on your account, and I will take care of it.
I never take a card until you decide to pay
There are no free-trial traps here and no surprise charges. Hutch Free is free for as long as you want it, and I never take a card until you actively choose to subscribe to Plus. So there is rarely anything to refund in the first place, which is exactly how I wanted it.
Hutch Local
Hutch Local is a one-time purchase through Etsy and is covered by Etsy’s stated refund policy at the time of purchase.
